Our approach

Only listed what we can document

We add an item to the catalog only when its specifications are complete and accurate. Each listing shows the details a shopper needs to decide, including dimensions, materials, included parts, and available options, drawn from the product itself rather than from marketing language.

If a detail is unknown or a product cannot be verified, it does not appear in the store. This keeps the catalog small where it needs to be and clear everywhere it is shown, so you can compare items with confidence before adding anything to your cart.

Fulfillment

From inspection to dispatch

01

Inspect inventory

Each item is checked against its listed details for condition, completeness, and accuracy before it is made available for sale.

02

Pack carefully

Orders are packed with protection suited to the product, and every item in the order is confirmed against the checkout record.

03

Dispatch and track

Packed orders leave on the stated schedule, and you receive the details needed to follow your delivery from start to finish.
